Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@velocity-running.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Socks or underwear (for hygiene reasons) 
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. supplements)
  • Custom or personalized products

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, just email us before sending anything back.


Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
